Ageing : Manual harvest, pressing of the whole bunch of grapes, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature – controlled stainless steel tanks, ageing on boards in our traditional cellars.
Blending : With several years in order to get a product of constant quality.
Dosage : 8 g of sugar per litre
Format : Bottle 75cl
Tasting-Card :
Visual examination : Yellow gold brillant.
Olfactory : Delicate, elegant, floral (honeysuckle) nose. Gustatory : A good length on the palate, a lot of freshness and liveliness. But a well-rounded final.

Wine and Food Pairing :
Aperitif, Saint Jacques with cream.
