Tasting-Card :
Visual examination : Gold yellow colour, perfect
brillance
Olfactory : Rich nose, Very typical of Bouzy. Marks of
ripe fruit, perhaps candied fruit and gingerbread.
Gustatory : Ample and rich mouth. Jelly of quince,
prune. Citrus grapefruit in finish in the mouth. Melted
acidity but present ; well-balanced.
Wine and Food Pairing : Suits perfectly for aperitif, with foie gras toast.
