Ageing : Manual harvest, pressing of the whole bunch of grapes, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature – controlled stainless steel tanks, liquor passed in a new oak barrel and composed with only chardonnay, ageing on boards in our traditional cellars.
Blending : With several years in order to get a product of constant quality.
Dosage : 11 g of sugar per litre

Visual examination : Gold yellow brillant
Olfactory : Rich nose with, nice structure, smell of
fresh hazelnut
Gustatory : Gourmand mouth with a beautiful
roundness, notes of butter, very good dosage.
