Ageing : Manual harvest, aged vines, pressing of the whole bunch of grapes, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ageing on boards in our traditional cellars.
Assembling : With several years in order to get a product of constant quality.
Dosage : 8 g of sugar per litre
Format : Bottle 75cl
Tasting-Card :
Visual examination : Ember pink yellow colour,
sparkling robe which arises curiosity.
Olfactory : Intense nose, fragrance of red fruits,
morello cherry, raspberry.
Gustatory : Half way between fresh and vinous terroir, fair length in mouth.

Wine and Food Pairing :
Ideal for aperitif or to accompany a meal. To be tasted
with parmesan shavings, smoked ham, beef and game.
