Ageing : Manual harvest, pressing of the whole bunch of grapes, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ageing on boards in our traditional cellars over a period of 4 to 5 years.
Assembling : With several years in order to get a product of constant quality.
Dosage : 0 g of sugar per litre
Format : Bottle 75cl
Tasting-Card :
Visual examination : Gold yellow colour, deep and vivid robe.
Olfactory : Intense nose, smell of dried fruits, currant, date, almond paste.
Gustatory : Round in attack, very nice structure, keeps fresh despite the passing years.

Wine and Food Pairing :
This Cuvee can be tasted with oysters, crawfish, lobster, any
kinds of crustaceans and fish.
